The cross sections (both differential and total) for H formation in the process Ps(1s)+H(1s)→e++H in the energy range 10–500 eV have been studied. The calculations have been performed in the framework of the Coulomb-modified eikonal approximation and take account of the long-range Coulomb attraction between the outgoing e+ and H ion in the final channel.
