This paper discusses some effects involving entangled tripartite pure states that are not Schmidt decomposable. A distinctive feature of these effects is that the entanglement is revealed through measurements on only one or two of the three subsystems and furthermore they show up through an interplay between kinematic and dynamic interdependence of subsystems which are not interacting.
