Using a matrix diagonalization method, atomic Rydberg states with large electric-dipole moment states in strong crossed electric and magnetic fields with ε=0.075 (ε=EB-4/3; we use atomic units) are studied. The characteristics of the states and the influence of the atomic core on the large electric-dipole moment states are discussed.
