A 28, 1164–1165 (1983)Rate for positronium decay to five photonsReceived 1 March 1983; published in the issue dated August 1983 In this report we calculate Γ5, the rate for orthopositronium to decay to five photons. We find that Γ5=[0.0189(11)]α2ΓLo, where ΓLo is the lowest-order orthopositronium decay rate.
